Animal Policy:

Animals Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 animals per home.
Non-refundable animal fee is $150 per animal.
Monthly animal rent of $35 will be charged per animal.
Animals must be on a leash at all times, and you must pick up after your animal.
